Jabberjaws Bait, that disgusting letter J, is now available at the Redbubble shop! Hook line and stinker, am I right? What are you gonna use to bait an enormous talking shark? Eyeballs bro, they love that stuff.
This letter surprised me. Jabberjaws bait was always one of my least favorites, but I really like how it translates to different formats. Even looked good on the leggings, which isn’t always easy. I’ve come to terms with the fact that I’ll probably sell a pair of leggings or even a duvet cover, but it is still really cool to see how they would potentially look. I really enjoy it.
Jabberjaws bait implemented another black light like color scheme which I wasn’t used to. Enjoyed the challenge though. I remember changing the little details one hundred times, back and forth back and forth. Did I finally get it? I dunno dude.
I’ve been playing around with different compositions too. The Jabberjaws Bait laptop cases and mugs are zoomed in dramatically. I think the diagonal of the hook makes for a better layout of the composition. Not trying to toot my own horn here or anything but, meh. Stickers came out solid too!
All in all this one pleasantly surprised me. This twisted little letter may be the most versatile for products yet. I think the color scheme works pretty well and reminds me of one of those luminescent angler fish you’d see in the serious depths of the ocean.
