The. Final. Letter. And boy howdy did it give me a fight

Z is for Zap Happy Zeus.

I’ve had this idea in my head since, I don’t know, the letter H? When it finally came time to do it I was pretty damn intimidated. I hyped it up too much in my head.

The color palette reaaally gave me a hard time. I went through about 6 variations before finally settling on this electric black light scheme. Happy I did.

Through all the trouble this gave me, it is hands down, without a doubt my favorite letter in the series. That in itself is somewhat bitter sweet. As happy as I am to be done, this one made me fiend for more, son. I’ll need to figure out some other long term project.

So where do we go from here? Well, I don’t know.

How am I going to handle all these abominations? I feel like I want to make them available in some format, but I think making them available as individual prints would be kind of… Dumb.

It’s a series and should probably be viewed as such. One thing is for sure — I’m definitely printing a book of all the letters for myself. You want one? Let me know. I could potentially make that happen (not promising anything).
